herb roasted potatoes :: YUM


I came across these AMAZING potatoes and if you know me I could live off potatoes. They were simple potatoes but the spices on them were to die for. There so easy to make and there delicious! =)

HERB ROASTED POTATOES 


5-6 pounds of potatoes. 
1/4 pound melted butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbls of granulated garlic
3 Tbls of chopped garlic
tsp salt
tsp pepper
Tbls onion powder
3 Tbls dry parsley 
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Mix and coat baked at 325 until fork tender. Broil 5 minutes and sprinkle with paprika.
