Ode to Lyndsey

Since, I have moved to utah we have made a TON of amazing friends, one of which is Lyndsey! Monday the 6th was her 22nd birthday so another really good friend Jessica and I planned Lyndsey a surprise party! So as a tribute for her 22nd birthday, I’d like to dedicate this post to

Lyndsey Cosgrave.

Lyndsey is loved by so many for so many reasons! She is so sweet inside and out and it definitely shows to the world.

She is one of those people that you just feel so loved around her and want to be friends with b/c she's so sweet and fun to be around.

It is truly a blessing to have her as a friend and was my pleasure to help throw her a surprise party.

idk if you can tell but my streamers (grey & yellow) were sewed and bunched. It took forever but was so worth it!

Such a smart idea and can reuse them instead of throwing them away!

The Proposal =]

Saw this on Ellen yesterday and thought it was the cutest proposal ever! It was so thought out and put so much time and effort into it for her! I love it =] Thought I would share...let me know what you think of it! 

cute notebook project

I love this idea! It's super easy and great gifts to friends/family. There's always a need for a cute notebook any time of the year =] Have fun with it and make sure to make one for yourself! Enjoy. 

Step 1: Supplies include Mod Podge, scrapbooking paper, your custom label, small composition notebook (and I included a paper doily)
Step 2: Cut scrapbooking paper to fit cover. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge, then the scrapbooking paper.
Step 3: Decide the placement of your label and paper doily if you choose.
Step 4: Use spray adhesive to adhere the paper doily. Trim excess.

Step 5: Add your sticker then apply a light coat of Mod Podge over the entire cover for protection.

Last years mother's day gift any ideas for this year? :)

Last years mother day present, and they turned out great so i thought i'd share! The idea came from the idea I saw on the doily bags so I thought it would be just as great on aprons! It's a super cute idea & really easy to make. My loved it and uses it all the time. Now ideas for this year??? =] 

I like the red but I would use black because it shows up better.

I don't like buying cards if I can make them myself. I think that there so much cuter and more personal/thoughtful! I get all my creativeness from my mother and i'm so glad I did! =] there are steps for one card...super easy and fun to make! enjoy!

Lately, I have been coming across some amazing pictures of homes and I think I found the one that is just perfect! I absolutely LOVE this country style home! There is just something about a country style home that just screams, "Homie"! I think that's how a home should feel. 

Ever since I can remember I have dreamed of a wrap around porch on my house and this picture is just amazing! How cute is this...

Ok so the more I look at kitchens there's no better than white cabinets! I know they get dirtier and things show up more but its totally worth it! =)

Ok I don't why I would need a huge laundry room, O yah never-mind were planning on 5 or 6 kids so its a MUST! This is absolutely my favorite laundry room I have ever seen! It's too cute not to have!
